I have been unable to get Cookies to Keep to work. For example, I put www.netflix.com into the Keep section. But everytime I run the CCleaner, I have to login to Netflix again. Yet when I check CCleaner, the www.netflix.com is still in the Cookie To Keep section.

Anybody know what the problem is?

It may be something as simple as ticking 'Remember my logon details' on the Netfix logon page (if there is such a box, I am not a Netfixer). Then the cookie will, one hopes, keep the necessary info.

Hi nmaynan, and welcome to the forum.

The site may use "Flash Cookies".

Have a read of here, may be worth a try.

Nope, no cookies from netflix showing up there. Thx for the idea though :)

Could this be a CCleaner bug?

I've discovered the problem is specific to Firefox. I do not have the problem with IE. So in the meantime, I'll just use IE to do Netflix.

I guess it's a bug with Firefox or CCleaner.

I solved it. It was my Firewall clearing the cache. I changed config and everything's good now. It had nothing to do with CCleaner.
