I’m using Portable FireFox. This is a stand-alone version of FF that runs from my USB flash drive. Cookies, history, cache and favorites are stored on the flash drive rather than the PC. This allows me to surf from someone else’s computer without leaving any evidence. This particular PC has CCleaner installed but it’s not cleaning the removable drive…any suggestions?

CCleaner only supports what it detects via the registry and on the system drive.

According to postings on the Mozilla forum, the next version of Firefox currently in beta (1.1), will include a cleaner. In the meantime, couldn't you simply list the folders to be cleaned in the <Options> <Custom folders> section of CCleaner?
