I have a peculiar problem. Can anyone hlep solving it?

My start page is resetting to www.safyway.blogspot.com even after I change it using regedit command.

Can I get rid of this nuisance?

I would suggest you may have a browser hijacker or other malware, follow the instructions HERE and post a HijackThis log in the relevant forum section (instructions in that link)
