When you use CCleaner to empty the recycle bin does it securely delete the items or just remove the index files that point to them. I'm looking for a tool that will shred or bleach the contents of the recycle bin, making them unrecoverable.

Thanks,
Ken

It integrates to Recycle bin context menu and you can secure delete the content. You can also wipe the unused space with it. It's free.
