I'd like to know if all the contents inside the recycle bin are actually washed when "Empty Recycle Bin" is checked? Or, is it just empted like you would mornally empty it by opening the recycle bin and clicking empty?

I believe so, if the overwrite once option is specified in CC. A simple test will prove me right or wrong.
