Which option within the program removes the CCleaning of the Quick Launch bar, as I have a specific order in which things are placed.

Probably 'Menu order cache' (or possibly 'User assist history'). Generally you're best off not having anything in the advanced section ticked if you are unsure what they do. Have a look at the beginners guide for more info on CCleaner:

Thanks mate, I worked it out actually, I knew what the advanced options did, I was just unsure as to whether it'd clean the quick launch as well as the start menu.
