CCleaner deleting alot of advertisement cookies and they keep coming up even if i dont use the internet

Removed Cookie: atdmt.com
Removed Cookie: adopt.euroclick.com
Removed Cookie: ad.yieldmanager.com
Removed Cookie: media.adrevolver.com
Removed Cookie: dslreports.com
Removed Cookie: indextools.com
Removed Cookie: www.atlassolutions.com

These are the ones that CCleaner keeps deleting. Even if i dont use internet explorer or firefox CCleaner still happens to find these cookies. Ive tried many scans with AVF, Ad-Aware etc. but these advertisements cookies keep coming up.

Anyone have any tips on getting rid of these permanently.

Can you provide us with more information please?
What OS version etc,?
CCleaner version?
What Browser are you using?
What security programs,devices or practices?
Who uses your computer?
Are you set up wireless?
How do you use your system on a daiily basis.Give us a general idea.
Are you on a home network?
Are your phone lines secure?
Do you get any automatic updates or RSS feeds?
Computer phone service?
Messenger service?

My experiance with CCleaner is that it wont always delete damaged files or infected files. Run the CCleaner, delete them and then go to temporary internet folder and check to see if they are actually gone. If not delete them manually. Another posability is that they have been added to the "Keep" list. Options- cookies.
