I installed Recuva and it worked fine - to the extent that the number of files recoverable from a supposedly cleaned disk shocked me. I then install Window Cleaner (Webroot) and ran it. I then ran Recuva again and received the message:

Click Cancel to debug.

Unquote

Clicking on CANCEL to DEBUG produced the following Application error:

Recuva log is attached.

Hope this helps and would love to be able to run this prog again.
