Might be worth playing with once they make it easier to create your own:

I tried it and it works ok but not that many themes to choose from at the moment and creating your own is currently a bit over complicated (though I understand that will be addressed eventually)

Not a big fan of Personas myself. Anyone tried Weave though (http://www.vnunet.com/2207642)?

All of the personas themes are pretty funky looking.

Sorry, that's where I saw it first and the Mozilla page doesn't exactly give a good explanation of what it actually is. (Besides I can't stand clicking a link to a page where I have to click a link to another page where I have to click a link to the programs own page, so just posted the direct link )
