Is there any way to disable the option where if you click the window where you media is playing, it pauses? This is mostly because if I want to make it large by doubling clicking, its always pauses first and there's a gap. How do I disable it?

Yes it's possible, i have done the same thing. Go to: View>Options>Keys. Then find 'Pause' and select "None" from 'Mouse' column dropdown menu. Finally hit OK.
