Does anyone know a way where you can get other language (such as Japense) packs installed on Windows XP without having to use Windows XP CD? I was just wondering if there was a way to get other kinds of languages. I know for sure that I just installed some fonts that a friend gave me and that seemed to work.
Thanks in advance for any response.

EDIT: Unless I'm misreading it, according to this page, Japanese should already be on XP.
But after following the directions, it isn't on mine.
