I ran hijackthis on my system today and there was an entry :

010 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: e:\windows\system32\idmmbc.dll

There were five of these. I knew about all the other entries except for these. So i selected them and clicked on fix checked. A dialog popped up saying it cannot correct LSP entries and gave me a link to download a software LSPFix to fix this. So i downloaded the software and ran it. It showed me this file and 3 others in the keep column and asked me to go thru the help file before i fixed anything. So i did. The help file said if you are not sure that you should fix an entry or not then dont fix it coz it might completely mess up your network and render your system unable to connect to the network. The problem is that i have run hijack this before but have never seen this entry before. That means that this is a new entry and i searched for this on the internet as to what this file is all about. But there is very little information which actually did not help me. Is this a spyware or what i dont know. Please help!! :o
