You see I've been looking around in the forums about what does the hotfix uninstaller does. So far I've read that its safe and if you don't want to uninstall your hotfixs then you should run it to free the space the uninstallers take. Also I'm aware of the fact that the updates will not appear in the "Add/Remove program" section. Now the thing is I was also reading a topic were by using the hotfix uninstaller option it deletes a folder that should be deleted. The folder name is $hf_mig$. I couldn't undestand anything they said in the forum  so i was wondering if someone could explain to me if its safe or if this is a problem

I don't entirely understand what you're asking but CCleaner does not delete the $hf_mig$ folder as it is not considered safe to do so.
