ok, if no one's ever mentioned it here, check it out at http://www.humanized.com/
at first glance, it feels much like another launcher, but enso doesn't stop there, check the video demo at the front page, you'll get the idea, it's free anyway, so give it a try, now i use launchy + enso, everything feels smooth as silk;)

Finally got round to trying this out. Quite a clever, and stylish, little program but not half as useful as they'd like you to think it is (IMO). Having said that I've never really got on with any of these launchy type programs so probably not the best person to judge it
