Can you tell me if CCleaner operates on Mozilla browser. It only shows that it applies to Internet Explorer. I generally prefer to use Mozilla and that is why I have asked.

If you mean Firefox, then yes, it will work. I have Firefox on 1 PC's and both have CCleaner - runs perfectly on both!
