Here is another opportunity for CCleaner.
Pan is an open source (free) cross-platform Usenet reader.
Many reviews list Pan as the preferred reader on Linux, and has a Windows version that I use.
Pan can be found at http://pan.rebelbase.com/

The files for cleanup are:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\.pan2\article-cache\*.*
