I was wondering if, when secure file deletion is enabled, everything is removed using the chosen method. By this, I mean every option within the "Cleaner" section of CCleaner.

As far as I can tell (from my experience as a user), yes. You could always do a few little tests if there is any particular aspect that is worrying you.
