I have installed CCleaner and in my tools gives a list of stuff that needs to be uninstalled but there are things i want to keep how do i keep some of the programmes??????????????????

Welcome to the CC Forum.
This is not a list of programs that need to be uninstalled; it just gives you a list of programs that can be uninstalled. There are also some items that already have been uninstalled, but have left remains behind (to be deleted).
Don't uninstall anything that you don't want to uninstall!
