How do I delete the checked items after cleaning?

I am brand new to the registry cleaner. I just downloaded the cleaner, then ran the cleaner. How do I delete the checked items now?

If you clicked 'Run Cleaner' then it as deleted the items you selected. Have a look at the beginners guide, see if that helps you understand how it works:
