CCleaner deletes the index.dat file for my existing user id logon, but other index.dat files and other Temporary Internet Files are not being deleted that are found under the
C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet\Files\
C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\

I would like to be able to delete ALL index.dat files and All other Temporary Internet files found in the C:\Documents and Settings\ for all users as I am the Administrator for the PC.
