Please include a recursive registry clean option. This option should keep scanning the registry and removing orphans until clean or the same set of keys show up a second time. Because this is recursive, a one time recover backup should be kept until the next time run (or keep n copies).

3rd this request. Seems issues sometimes arise after deleting things. IE, delete old installer reference. Suddenly a missing shortcut to the installer pops up and needs cleaning.
