?Unnown device only in Device Manager after clean

After clean up in my computer in device manager is only <?Unnown device>. Device work normal, but I cant look propertes of device.
I make reserve copy before clean reester. How I can return to normal work system?
Windows XP SP2, CCleaner v2.01.507.

If you made a backup when you cleaned the issues, it will be found in documents and settings. Right-click and choose merge.
