I'm only posting here because it's slightly urgent....

I've ran Smitfraudfix, and I'm just not sure what to delete. I can interpret the log and it doesn't appear that the 'FOUND !' stuff has been deleted, I'm just not sure what's safe to delete and what's malicious.

Edit: I've ran Smitfraud's 'clean' option, maybe that's all I had to do.

Those items with the "FOUND!" tag need to go, but they also have registry entries that need to be removed. Unless you want to search the registry yourself, I would suggest using SmitfraudFix to remove them.
If that's all you wish to know, Run it again and choose item 2 on the menu if you haven't done it already.

If those entries have already been cleaned out and you run it again you may lose your desktop default settings.
