Windows Starting

Hi all

Some times when Windows is starting, just before the (Desktop & Taskbar) are displayed I hear a "System Notification" sound (Windows XP Balloon) sound, at least I think thats what I'm hearing.
And by the time the Desktop & Taskbar are up theres nothing there?
Anyone els have this happen?
If there was a (Windows Balloon Message), is there a way to find out what it said?

Have you tried the event viewer?

CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND HERE

Hi hazel

Yes I had a look there, the problem is I'm not sure of the exact time or what to look for.
This has only happened a couple of times.

BTW I just finished sending you a PM, to see if I'm having any issues with Norton AV scanning emails.
