Could someone help me out?
I've been told something might be wrong with my motherboard chip set that could have caused the corruption of two of my hard drives. One was old and well used, while the other one was fresh out of the package. One was an external, and the other was a portable. They are even from different companies. i-rocks and fieon. I think fieon is the company name, my bad if it isnt. Thats the one ive been keeping my data on and a friend is trying to retrieve it somehow, so i dont have that one at the moment.

Also, i've since turning on my comp ive had to restart the explorer.exe process. So if you dont see an antivirus program, dont worry, i have one, its just off. If you see multiple Antivirus programs, thats because i was having trouble picking one, but now that i have picked one, i havent uninstalled all those old ones yet. Ive only disabled them.
