Exclude (under Options) does not work in 2.02.527 any more.
Essentially, I use X1 desktop search that creates X1 related subdirectories in my Temp. I need to exclude them when running cleaner. CCleaner deletes them since I upgraded to 2.02.527. It used to work in previous releases.
