 I run the program, click the "Scan" button, the message appeared "Access is denied". (Refer attachment)
I have scanned my thumb drive, and my C: drive, the same message appeared. What is wrong here? Please.

Are you trying to run it from a Limited User account or an Administrator account?

Go to:

Control Panel > User Accounts

You'll find out there if your account is limited or not.
