Vista issue?!?

Hey,
I have windows vista Business, and I have used CCleaner before with no problems. One day, I opened CCleaner and it read Windows XP SP2 as the operating system, where it used to have vista. Also the regestry scan doesn't work. It immedatly jumps to 100% with no errors.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but im having the same problem. Any ideas on what could fix this? Do I need to uninstall and delete some reg entries or something?
