I was just wondering how does this forum gets cleaned up? How long do posts stay? Do they automatically get cleaned after a period of time? Where do they go? Maybe this has been addressed already? Just curious.

I believe the use something called "Auto-Pruning" (at least that's what my forums call it) where after a preset amount of time the posts are deleted, but the number of posts remains.

I think most forums have some sort of feature that delete posts older than x days.

Example, 30, 60 or 90, not sure.

This board is IPP (Invision Power Board), maybe that site says anything about it.
