Currently items are deleted in entirety. I would like to let some items hang around a little longer. A delete with a setting of "older than x days" would be nice !!

I'm not certain if this is answering your question, but on the latest version there is a feature under "Options" to Exclude files from deletion. You can also do the same for Cookies and the Registry.

Could the "empty recycle bin" option be disabled by default, please? Most of the things in my recycle bin were things that I deleted tentatively because I *might* need them later (although unlikely). I don't need a program to empty my recycle bin.
