Can I download and save CCleaner on my website so other people can use it

Yes you can host the CCleaner installer but it must be the toolbar version.

Can't understand what's the advantage hosting an executable.
Why not simply put a link to the official download webpage?
Usually, when something goes wrong, the first question is:
"Where did you download that file?"
