delete or not

Recently completely uninstalled aol. CCleaner found this in issues, C:\Progra~1\Americ~1.0\webcal~1.dll,webcalhandler%1. Anyone know if it's safe to delete this?

Still using CCleaner 1.4 for now, XPsp2.

If you've no AOL software left on your system it should be safe to delete (most issues CCleaner finds are safe to remove)
