Installing CCleaner

Hello
I;ve been using CCleaner for years and love the program! I installed the Oct 1 on my vista and it did not seem to install right. So I decided to reinstall it again. But It would not let me delete the "ccsetup201" I can not get rid of it to reinstall the program?? Any ideas what I can try to delete this?

Try deleting it in safe mode.

Failing that use Unlocker
