It's a good demonstration. There's even a plastic folding gadget a woman created that will also do that, albeit a gadget to do it is completely unnecessary if one knows how to fold.
When I used to work in the mens department at a retail store some ten years ago I was able to fold shirts properly and fast, and repackage them after customers would leave them thrown all over. I got good enough at it that nobody could tell they were even out of the original packaging.
