Start>Run is getting cleared and I do not want it to. I have unchecked Run(in Start Menu) and run MRU is still getting cleared. What do I need to do to correct this?

This is happening to me, too! But I noticed this only recently. Maybe the newer version has a bug. I don't know.

have you tried unchecking Menu order Cache and User Assist History in the Advanced tab?
these are the options that clear your start menu

Is this within a session, i.e., you haven't rebooted?

They were already unchecked.

I have rebooted many times. I have down graded to 1.14 to keep my "RUN" cache. Like I said I have Vista Business at home. @ Work I am running XP Pro and on that box it does not clear out RUN.

Check the registry and see if you have HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer ClearRecentDocsOnExit set to 1. This key will clear both the recent document list and the run history. Set to 0 to disable.
