Hello,
I`m plaqued by spam email`s being returned to me,usually from mailer-daemon or mail delivery system etc,
have tried to clean up with spyware doctor,avg.c cleaner,but it seems to come back with a vengance
below my hijack this log,any help will most gratefully received

Once spammers get your email there isn't really anything you can do(except get a new email). Just keep marking them as spam. I have noticed that yahoo is now pretty good about automatically filtering the spam into a different folder.

What I do is have 2 emails. 1 that I use just for communicating with people and another that I use to sign up for stuff or do anything online that requires registration. The first email stays spam free while the other gets hammered.

I didn`t realise that about spammers! that is a good idea for having two email addresses,a bit like having two letter boxes one for you mail and the other for the pizza and chinese food fliers!!
