This came around a while back, and just now again. As I recall this is a professional photographer in a tundra buggy. Too close for comfort.
The SLIM version is always released a bit after any new version; when it is it will be HERE :-)

I reckon it's just a guy in a bear suit on his way to a Halloween party, he has to take the bus because his wife wouldn't drive him
