AVG Antivirus after today's definition update is producing a false positive against HijackThis 2.0.2, it detects HijackThis.exe as: Worm/Generic.DHT
Complexity of incoherent design.

Not the first time its done this. :(
I reported it last time and the guys at avg fixed it pretty quick.

Several more AV's are also picking it up. It isn't because of the file being UPX compressed, it's still detected by AVG even after decompressing it with UPX.

The false positive has been removed from AVG as of September 8, 2007. :)

I am a AVG user for 2 years. They are wonderful, I must add. I use the suite (plus) with firewal and nothing else . Never had any
intrusions to date. Just thought I would addin where credit gets due attention.
