is there a way to turn this off/disable it/delete it? i dont need it and its always running. thanks guys!

sorry, i think its called Sync Center, and its on my Vista computer. hmmmmm. that guide you posted had different configurations then my computer had. i hate this thing.

I've never noticed sync centre as active here on this Vista install but it's there in the control panel yet it seems inactive and doesn't do anything when I hit any of the buttons.

Have turned off quite a few services here as well and one of those may have disabled it.Don't really know.Will have a look around.
