Can you give more information please.

What operating system are you using?

Which version of Cleaner are you using?

Can you give a screen shot of what you are trying to delete, I take it this is in an issues scan and not a cleaner scan?
CCLEANER, RECUVA, DEFRAGGLER AND SPECCY DOCUMENTATION CAN BE FOUND HERE

Um, that's a screenshot of EasyCleaner not CCleaner

If you mean why isn't CCleaner finding the entries that EasyCleaner finds then it will be because CCleaner doesn't deem them to be safe to remove, whereas EasyCleaner's reg scan is alot more aggressive and may delete something that isn't necessarily safe.

It's a little more aggressive, but the biggest problem in that screenshot is some things need to be inputted to be ignored so they aren't listed:
asfsipc.dll, CCleaner, ct4mgm.sf2, Desktop, enable.dvd,
gabest, GroupPolicy, help, Hewlett-Packard, hpqPSXP,
ImgBurn, layout.ini, ntevt.log, plugin.ocx, PrintHood,
Recent, "Shell Folders", servicepackcache, servicepackfiles,
stashimapi.bin, system.mdw, system32\blank.htm,
twainds.tif, wbemsnmp.log, wmdm.log

Complexity of incoherent design.
