Hallo,
Could please somebody help me?
I used to use CCleaner without having any problems, but it's been some months now that I haven't done any clean up.
I tried to use it today but as soon as I press the "Run Cleaner" button the application closes (it disappears without any message!!). Do you have any idea what may be wrong?

Try to uninstall it then reinstall it back again. I hope it work now

Unfortunately it didn't work. I think that the situation is very peculiar. Is it possible that a spyware or whatever malware s**t thing has blocked the function of CCleaner not allowing something installed to be erased? If this is the case there must be something that spyware doctor and kaspersky can't find it.
Any other suggestions?

Make sure you have the Microsoft Visual Basic Runtime Files installed, sometimes reinstalling them may fix problems.
