After seeing the thread in the lounge on Iolo AV flagging CClener installer as suspect I uploaded to Jottis and VirusTotal and it seems it is being flagged by a couple of others as infected.

More than likely false positives, hopefully?

I realize it's a false positive like each and every other detection against CCleaner, however it's probably also turning away a good number of people that freak out when their AV detects it.
Something needs to be done because a false positive pops up far too often!

CCleaner 2.0 Beta is also producing some false positive:

I find those file scanning sites to be slow. Is there any other ones recommended?

Nope! Although when Jotti isn't bogged down with a high user usage it seems "fast enough for me," the others seem really slow though. What I do is my normal browsing and have their scan going on in the background in another browser tab that I check several minutes later.
