CANN CCleaner PLEASE CLEAN THE SYSTEM RESTORE FOLDERS
AND ALSO I RUN CCleaner
AND THEN I RUN THE MICROSOFT CLEANMGR VIA START RUN
AND IT FINDS MORE STUFF TO CLEAN

Don't use CAP locks in your posts, it just makes the post harder to read.
There is a guide from Microsoft on how to delete system restore points that have been created in the past:

I read that guide and there is an easier way to do it. Right click C:/ drive or what ever drive you want to remove the restore points for. Than select "properties". Than "disk cleanup". Than select "more options" tab. There is an option to remove all restore points except the most recent. Done.
