Lose last files opned in Word and Excel

Before using CCleaner last opened files in Word and Excel appeared in the File drop down box. After installation have to go back to My Documents to open recent files. How do I overcome this problem?

This is not a bug, is a feature

If you don't want Office applications to be cleaned,
then simply untick "Office" in Cleaner > Applications panel.
