Try reinstalling thunderbird.

I already reinstaled thunderbird but nothing changed!

after a while I noticed that I got the same prob with other aplications like utorrent or cpuz when trying to get to their homepages which where linked under Help --> About in the menu.

any solutions?

PS: sorry for my bad english

reinstalling thunderbird not working. I think that's no a probleme from thunderbird but links management url in general from windows. And i think that CCleaner broke this management. It's a very big problme that i can't solve. Any admin can help us ?

Try resetting which browser is your default one.

Firefox:
Tools/ Options/ Main/ System Defaults/ Check Now

IE 7:
Tools/ Internet Options/ Programs/ Default Web Browser/ Make Default

Change between then a few times and see if it helps.
