Can't help you, but the two run smoothly together on my machine.
It sounds more like a badly installed Office, than any fault of CCleaner. Do the errors occur when running CCleaner and office together, or prehaps when trying to run office after running CCleaner?

Thanks for reply. I was able to reinstall Office2003 but only after I uninstalled it. I think it has something to do with the file proplus.msi. Somehow I think CCleaner changes or removes it as it wants me to first insert Office2003 CD but it won't accept it when I do. Very weird as I don't see any category in cleanup that removes *.msi files. Others don't have the problem but I ran CCleaner on a frinds MSI board and the same thing happened.
Any thoughts?
