I need help with ccleaner

I am new and unsure of use of CCleaner. I scanned issues and ticked all the problems - will they be erased when computer is booted back up.

once you fix all the checked issues, CCleaner will remove them "permanently"... you can restore those registry keys CCleaner remove if you have make a backup before you remove those registry keys...
