I can't down load flash player. Tried a system restore ... also closed firewall and antivirous.... still no luck... any suggestions would be appreciated... Thanks.

Download the installer version from Filehippo.com at (just choose the version you need, either for Internet Explorer, or Firefox/Opera/Compuserve):
