I'm looking of a simple Photo Editor that Crops, and if possible, also accepts screenshots. If not a simple crop editor will do just fine. I want to crop jpeg jpg, gifs. screenshots..ect
I'm using windows XP and I don't have .Net Frameworks.

Yes, it's great. Light and simple, but very practical at the same time.
