If you click "Options" and then "Advanced", there is an option to "Only delete files in Windows Temp folder older than 48 hours."

I was going to uncheck this box, but seeing as I don't know if it would hurt or not, I decided to ask.

Would it cause any problems to uncheck it?

Meaning it will delete all the files in Windows Temp folder even if they are not older than 48 hours.

The reason it's off by default is that certain software installs may leave files in the temp folders which are needed upon the next restart to finish installing.

So just don't leave it unchecked if you have clean on startup enabled, or you may be left with broken installs.
But it should be safe to manually uncheck, and clean, if you have no installs awaiting a restart.

There are 10 types of people in this world.
Those who understand binary, and those who don't.
